EASY RETURNS 
We hope you love what you ordered from suzyqqualityhandbags.com and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price subject to these guidelines.   Note that shipping charges are not refundable. We will gladly accept returns of online purchases from suzyqqualityhandbags.com or you may return online purchases at our Daytona Beach Location. Items purchased at our retail store location must be returned back to the retail store Location. Exchanges cannot be processed by suzyqqualityhandbags.com and can only be made, subject to availability, by visiting our retail location or by returning your current item to suzyqqualityhandbags.com and reordering the new item of your choice. With original receipt (your packing slip/invoice), we will honor a refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in brand new condition and have price tickets attached. If you do not have your original receipt, please contact Customer Service at (386) 279-8273.   

Merchandise purchased online using a PayPal account and returned to Suzy Q Quality Handbags retail location with an original receipt will be issued a refund via their original Payment method in the amount of the purchase price.

Suzy Q stores are not able to return funds to PayPal accounts for purchases made at suzyqqualityhandbags.com. To receive a refund to your PayPal account, please ship your order back to our warehouse and include your packing slip/invoice for processing. Please review the following information regarding our return options: 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE TO STORE 
We are happy to assist you with your return or exchange at our Daytona Beach location. Please bring your suzyqqualityhandbags.com packing slip/invoice to the store when returning or exchanging an item. Without your packing slip/invoice, we will offer an exchange or store credit at the current selling price.

Note: To exchange an item, please visit our retail store locations or return your current item and reorder the item of choice. Items purchased at our retail store locations must be returned to our Daytona Beach Location. Suzyqqualityhandbags.com cannot process returns for items purchased at our retail store locations. If you would like to ship your item(s) purchased from suzyqqualityhandbags.com back to us, you may follow the following return options, if this option is not suitable to you, please contact us at (386) 279-8273 to discuss alternative return methods. Any and all alternative return methods are handled on a case by case basis, and at the discretion of Suzy Q Quality Handbags. To ensure proper refund processing, be sure to include your packing slip/invoice. Failure to include your packing slip/invoice may delay the processing of your refund. 


Standard Return Shipping 
If you prefer, you may purchase postage at any post office or parcel shipping location you choose.

  • We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Suzy Q is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Suzy Q.
  • All return shipping must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. on deliveries.
